Since we aren’t joining any of the bed size yet, I am wondering if we will have time to finish before Christmas as I know some want these to be Christmas presents. Then need time to quilt and bind. hmmmmm. Just wondering.

If I purchased the material for the laptop and now decided I want the full quilt. How much more fabric do I need? And what size will it be?

If we are making the big quilt, do we also assemble the lap quilt as directed? Do we add on the narrow white border before the final border?

      Hello Carol,

If you are making the bed size quilt- hold off on construction until we release the assembly instructions for that quilt size specifically.

      Cheers,

I really enjoy sewing with you. I like doing new things. So far I’m almost catching up. I’m now doing week 4. I will be sending pictures although I’m not quite happy with one of my colors, but I’m going to finish anyway since I already bought the material.

Hello. I’ve been working on week 5. unfortunately, I didn’t know that we were not supposed to make block 4 if we are doing the lap size.. I cut up the rest of my fabric and needed more. Did I miss something? Please advise me where I should have read that little caveat.

Hi just finished the laptop version. Be aware – you do not need to do block 4 . it is not necessary. Guess I missed that on the directions and so I used up all of my fabric cutting pieces that were not necessary.

Am new to this and not sure how it works. Is each week’s block part of a whole quilt? Should I have started with week 1???

Yes, we email out a part of the mystery each week so that you will have the whole quilt when you are done.
