Lexington Sampler Challenge: Finishing & Center Assembly Instructions

The National Quilter’s Circle Lexington Quilt Block Challenge will only be available through August 8th!

Welcome to week 8 of the National Quilters Circle Quilt Block Challenge! Depending on the size of your quilt, some of you will finish your quilts this week, and some of you will finish next week!

As we did in Week 1, we’ve broken out the pattern into two separate PDFs for this week’s installment. If you are making the throw size quilt, please download find the Throw Size Finishing Instructions as noted, below. and if you are making the bed size quilt, please download find the Bed Size Quilt Center Assembly Instructions, below. Those of you who are making the bed size quilt will receive your finishing instructions next week in the final installment of this challenge.

If you are making the throw size quilt and this is your last week, we want to send a huge thank you for participating in the National Quilters Circle Quilt Block Challenge, featuring the Lexington Sampler quilt, designed by Susan Guzman of SuzGuz Designs! We hope you have enjoyed sharing this experience with the thousands of other quilters around the world. It has been so fun and inspiring to see the creativity and support of other quilters throughout this experience.

If you loved this challenge and would like to see more in the future, please let us know! We’re now taking suggestions for future challenge theme ideas, so if you have a fun idea for a challenge, let us know in the comments below or share with us in the Facebook group!

Happy quilting!

Thank you for the clear instructions for assembling each quilt block. Thank you also for providing the information to clarify the missing Block 8 and the links provided to straighten out my thinking of how to assemble the blocks to make a finished quilt. Ms Guzman did excellent job of creating a mystery quilt along. Such fun.

I have really enjoyed making the Lexington Sampler. It really kept my attention. In waiting for week 9 to complete it. I wish I could seen some of the others. I wanted to show mine but I didn't know how.
