I'm a long-arm quilter. I always talk to my customers to see what type of design they feel they would like to see on their quilt. We then go to my pattern book and look what they would like. Sometimes they choose something entirely different from what they first thought. Then we go over thread colors. I'll usually make 2 recommendations - a blended color and a bold one that stands out. Then I lay the thread accrosds theiur quilt and they pick what they want. Customer Service is #1!!!
I have been a long armer since 2014. All these tips are have applied with all my clients!! I like to personally meet & consult them showing what I have to offer- designs, thread color, batting! Quilts are treasures & need to be treated as treasures!! Alice's Quilting Studio, Leavenworth, KS Alice McQueen owner
I have used Missouri Star Quilting's services a lot and have always like the results I get back.
Is there a website listing some experienced quilters with their contact details? I live in Bermuda and would have to ship my quilts abroad.
