This lady talks way to slow, she left her rotary cutter with the blade exposed, and she should have had her fabric closer to her front to utilize the whole cutting mat. I couldn’t watch the whole video, due to boredom.

I noticed that it appears you have stitched 1/8″ away from the edge all around the quilt. Should this always be done?

I really like the way the binding was joined at the end! Away from you, right binding up!!
Great video work
great video work showing exactly what is is talking about. very helpful. I am wondering, can you just stitch in the ditch to catch that back binding? I have limited mobility in my fingers. I can do it but it’s going to take a long time.

Good information, well presented, with one exception. Please do not leave the rotary cutter open. Everyone forgets once in a while, but to leave it open routinely is a dangerously bad example.

Nice tutorial, did not like the fact she left her rotary cutter open as she talked, several times her hand got really close to the blade. Not a good example to beginner quilters
