should you quilt as you go for embroideried quilt or do emberiodyfirst and then quilt
Hi. I am a new quilter. I was diagnose with cancer last year and I am using quilting as a mindful exercise for serenity. Can you give me some tips for effective binding? I am not enjoying this part.
I’ve been frustrated with panels that are done like photos rather than traditional printing... it’s so hard to get other fabrics that ‘blend’ for making patchwork borders. Even fabric that is supposed to go with it will, at times, just not look right with the printed panel. Any suggestions? [I’m at the point we’re I think I’d rather quit doing panels then spend time & money on something I don’t love. And I bought 7 panels from one live... so super frustrated.]
