Duration:   46  mins

Description

Join Colleen Tauke for a fun quilting tutorial using the Grace Company Cutie Frame. Quilting the quilt is a very common discussion among quilters. Whether you are a seasoned quilter or new to the world of quilting, let’s cover some of the basics and get everyone ready to finish those UFO’s (unfinished objects) we have kicking around our studios. Colleen will discuss thread selection, tension issues and she will stitch a variety of patterns you may want to add to your quilting repertoire. This LIVE event is brought to you by The Grace Company.

The Cutie Tabletop Fabric Frame allows you to quilt, sew, and stitch to your heart’s content in a much easier way, managing your fabric for you so you can enjoy the process more. This frame fits on top of a table or desk and is compatible with most sewing machines.

I am assuming since you are working in about a 5 inch length that stitching in the ditch is not a feasible option?

I’d like to see how the quilt top is actually moved down/rolled up once you’ve finished quilting in the current area. Specifically, in E2E, how do you line up you pattern to continue into the next section?
