Aunt Carol's Kitchen Bowl Cozy

The weather here in the midwest is beginning to get crisp—that means it’s soup season! Yay for homemade comfort food and the wonder of the crockpot. That leaves us more time for quilting! Some projects will always be the classics—coasters and cozies, fun to make and great for gifts. I named mine Aunt Carol’s Kitchen because the colors bring back vivid memories of family time and the holidays. The rust, gold, and avocado-green were present in her kitchen. Ah, it was the 70s. If you didn’t jump on the bowl cozy train on its first few trips around, join me for a fun tutorial and a new pre-cut product that can make this a really quick project.
