I have gotten this to download, thank you. I like this pattern very much and hope to make in the near future.
I just printed the Sterope Star directions and there seem to be a lot of typo’s in it. Did I print an uncorrected version? I printed the one from the email I received to today. Also, I have the current version of Office 365 and it insists on converting everything to a Word file and it is just an awful conversion.
I’ve loved making this series of Stars. Some of the measurements seemed a bit off or wasteful but if you know what your doing you can adjust. I’ll look forward to the next QAL you host.
Looking forward to seeing all of the quilt blocks.
I’ve been printing out these patterns and had no problem until this time. It is cutting off the right-hand side of the instructions. I might need that! Can you e-mail me the instructions so I can print the whole thing? I’ve tried different settings already.
Is there notes on finishing this quilt?
They will be issued this Thursday, the 15th.
Hello, girls. I didn´t find the coloring page about this block (sterope star). Please, would send it by mail? Thanks.
Hello Daniella,
We are hoping to have the coloring page posted soon.
Thanks,
Becky

I don’t understand, why you would have a project but not have all the pieces to post. “coming soon” posted for monochromatic #8 two weeks ago!
Wish to join in for this and future quilt blocks
Thanks so much for the patterns, I can hardly wait to get started Thanks again
I have enjoyed this challenge, and have learned so much! Thank you to Gina and everyone for all the hard work and artistry.
Thank you for accepting me at such a late time. Just discovered this group and am excited.
Glad my friend shared this with me
Thanks so much I have really enjoyed this quilt. I am a bit behind because of health issues But I will get it done and post to your site. Thanks for all your tips
Love trying out new quilt pattern
I may be wrong, but I don’t think this download has Block 9’s corrections. The strips for fabrics E and F should be 8″ long, not 9″.
Will there be a coloring page and a monochromatic link added for blocks 1 & 2 there also is no monochromatic link for block 8.
would like to sign up for the Quilt Block Challenge
By downloading from this link, will I be getting a file with all the updates to the block instruction?
Hello Cathie,
Click on the Download Pattern. This will give you the instructions for Block 9.
Thanks,
Becky

I downloaded the pattern, but see that it doesn’t have the latest changes. On Facebook there are corrected page 1 and 2 files.
Thank you for all the beautiful NQC Pattern Blocks. I found you late, so I will start on my blocks, as soon as I finish my 2 Oklahoma University I’m working on.
I really enjoyed the challenge and I want to thank the designer and the folks involved at NQC for putting on the event and helping us all to become better quilters.
Are there finishing instructions?
I haven’t started the last star but I have used my material all from my stash. I have tried to use all the different colors that were in the patterns. I have had some trouble getting my flying geese to come out right.
I absolutely loved this challenge! Gina, thanks doing this challenge. I’ve learned a lot and made some words, but that’s why we sew!! Too learn, mistake and correct..I can’t wait for the next challenge…very happy with my quilt top. Thanks again!!
When will Gina start the construction?
Block 9…is E and F a 4 x9 or 4×8?
I think that the directions for block 9 are wrong. Top of page 2 says that you need 4- 2 7/8” finished HST. Later it says 3 3/8” square. What is the correct size?
I have just completed all 9 blocks all made from left over fabric from other quilts. When I have added sashing and borders I will post a photo. I really looked forward to the pattern each week and am looking forward to do another quilt with you.
Thank you for the beautiful blocks i am sewing number 8 and look forward to sewing 9 and putting it all together.
Are the files listed here all the corrected final versions of them or do we still need to go through and find the correction pages that were posted? If so where do we find those corrected pages located at? Thanks.
Block 9 is not printing properly
I would like to print out all the patterns for this challenge, but I can’t find a way to to down load them on to my iPad. If I could have a way to get them printed then I would be able to complete my challenge. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Rose
I can’t get the insstructions. I’ve read all the posts below and have tried all the suggestions. I don’t know if it is word or what but every time I open it it jumbles everything up and when I print it out I get big x’s on the paper.
